Cajon Division Spring Meet, Friday-Saturday, April 27-28, 2018, Orange Empire Railway Museum, Perris, CA Flyer Pre-registration

The Cajon Division of the PSR, is holding its annual Spring meet at Orange Empire Railway Museum, Perris, CA. This two-day event features all the elements you are used to from Temecul but in a railroad setting. We will take advantage of the great opportunity to see railroad equipment up close. Cajon Division Henderson Meet, Saturday, May 5, 2018, Henderson, NV Flyer

The Cajon Division of the PSR, is holding its annual Nevada Spring meet in Henderson, Nevada. The meeting will have a slightly different format than previous years. We will provide lunch (hot dogs grilled on site so there will not have to a mass exodus to a different location). The morning doughnuts and coffee are included in the admission, The swap meet tables come at a reduced rate for NMRA members. We will also have a mini-hobo auction as well as a layout tour. The clinic will feature how to make trees. It is free and you can take your creation(s) home with you at no extra cost. See the flyer for additional information and costs.

Cajon Invitational Module Modelers Meet "CIM3", Friday June 15 - Sunday June 17, 2018, Boy Scout Outdoor Education Center, Irvine Reginola Park, CA Flyer

 

This meet, sponsored by the Cajon Division of the National Model Railroad Association, features five Southern California modular railroads set up and running for a weekend of running trains for fun and helping Boy Scouts earn their Railroading Merit badges. The event is open to all NMRA members, participating Club members and pre-registered Boy Scouts and parents on Saturday morning. Each NMRA and Club member can bring one guest to this, not open to the public, event. Saturday morning will be devoted to helping Boy Scouts earn their Railroading merit badges with all clubs participating in the varous merit badge requirements.

     About the Cajon Division

The Cajon Division with its 350 members is the second largest of the four divisions in the Pacific Southwest Region of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) covering Southern California and Southern Nevada. We have been serving modelers and the general public in Southern California for over 40 years. By means of meetings, train shows and special events, our quarterly newsletter, The Order Board, and this web site, we seek to promote the hobby to the public, provide assistance to our members, and support educational opportunities involving modeling and railroading in general. We do this through our own meetings but also through the wonderful resource that must not be forgotten, namely the 100% NMRA Model Railroad Clubs and other Model Railroad clubs in our area.
